Sales Associate:

Sales associates are responsible for engaging the customer, determining their needs and project requirements. Sales associates must maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise product, and report to the Team Lead.

Cashier

A cashier is responsible for maintaining helpful customer service, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, and cash register operations. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, managing shelves and inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Team Lead / Store Manager:

Represent the Brand—Act as an ambassador for the company by maintaining a store environment representative of the “ACE Helpful” Brand

  • Build talent through hiring, developing and retaining associates
  • Maintain store appearance and visual standards
  • Deliver world class service every customer every time

Deliver Results—Effectively communicate within the organization with passion and enthusiasm. Meet and exceed sales goals, sales metrics and accurate inventory processes through planning and coaching associates.

  • Direct work flow, merchandise flow and all day to day operations

Stock Help

A stock help team member is responsible for putting away stock, filling stock from staging areas, responding to propane and carry outs, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property. Responsive to Team Lead direction and able to follow “truck to shelf” procedures quickly, accurately and efficiently.
